There’s a menu bar at the top which is where all of Octane’s objects and materials and stuff live, a button bar below that which you use to start/stop the render and help with visualization, the main window where your scene shows up and starts rendering, and some information overlays. You can navigate around in it using alt-left click/middle click/right-click, drop materials on items directly in it, and do some more advanced things like pick focus. Probably best to do this process one version at a time to avoid confusion. If you have several versions of C4D, you’ll need to make several copies of the folder and only leave in the corresponding version for each plugin folder.
